1. Eligibility for Refunds

The request for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:

Downloadable software products
Customized or personalized items

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
